FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO WORK OUT THE SIZE OF THE MEMBRANE AND TRIMS REQUIRED

 

• MEASURE THE ROOF,ie LENGTH x WIDTH (IN METRES)
• ADD 100mm EACH SIDE TO ALLOW THE MEMBRANE TO OVERHANG ANY OPEN EDGES AND OVER GUTTER EDGES
• ADD THE HEIGHT OF ANY UPSTAND IF THE ROOF ADJOINS AN ADJACENT BUILDING,ie ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE
• ADD 300mm  IF THE MEMBRANE IS TO FINISH UNDER A PITCHED ROOF
• ROUND UP THE MEASUREMENTS TO THE NEAREST 0.5m, ie 5.8m x 3.1m WILL NEED TO BE ROUNDED UP TO 6m x 3.5m

 

THEN

 

• MEASURE ANY EDGES WHERE TRIMS ARE REQUIRED (FASCIA EDGES) IN METRES
• MEASURE ANY GUTTER EDGE IN METRES
• TELL US THE COLOUR OF ANY TRIMS YOU REQUIRE, CHOICE OF BLACK OR WHITE

 

THEN

 

FOR 045 GRADE MUTIPLY BY £17. FOR EXAMPLE. ROOF MEASURES 6M X 3.5M = 21SQM, SO 21 MULTIPLIED BY £17 = £357. FOR 060 GRADE MULTIPLY BY £18.50.

Quantities of adhesives required are worked out by ourselves based on coverage rates advised by the manufacturer. WE SEND THE CORRECT QUANTITIES OF ADHESIVES FOR THE SIZE OF THE MEMBRANE BASED ON THESE COVERAGE RATES. Refer to application guides in the installation manuals.

Important!We cannot accept responsibility for mistakes when measuring. we have made the instructions clear, concise and simple but we advise that all measurements of membrane and trim sizes are checked and re-checked before the order is made. On delivery all items must be checked as we cannot be responsible for damages caused by the courier, if the items are signed as damaged on arrival we are able to claim and re-send the goods, If the goods are being received on behalf of someone else the responsibility lies with whoever signs the delivery note. Delivery Information

TNT Timed Delivery

Orders placed before 12 noon will be sent on a standard next working day delivery on TNT, this will normally arrive between 7am - 6pm. A signature will always be required on arrival, you should ensure all items are present and undamaged.

Delivery Options

A Standard delivery charge of £5.99 is added to each order, TNT offer additional services to ensure your goods arrive before a certain time,These charges will be added to your basket. The following options are available;
Next working day before noon - £14.50
Next working day before 10am - £22.50
Next working day before 9am - £27.50
Saturday Delivery (normally between 7am - 6pm) - £20

Important Information

Only orders placed before 12 noon Mon - Fri will be delivered the next working day. (e.g an order placed at 10.30am Tuesday will be delivered Wednesday) ( an order placed at 13.30pm Tuesday will be delivered Thursday) Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Saturday Delivery - To guarantee a saturday delivery your order must be placed before 12 noon Friday, if not then the goods will be delivered the following Saturday.
Timed AM Delivery - If you are expecting a timed delivery please ensure there is someone on site to sign and check the items, the courier may only attempt delivery once per day.
Permaroof UK can only replace items that have been signed for as damaged on arrival. It is the customers responsibility to check all parcels, Permaroof UK ensure parcels are packaged correctly. Damages may occur during transit so please cover yourself by checking all items.

Refund policy

Under Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, Customers have a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the day they receive their goods, in which time they should notify us that they wish to cancel their contract with you and a full refund be given, including any original delivery charges.

If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by us, the merchant. All products must meet the return requirements listed below, failure to do so may void all return and warranty privileges. • All products must be shipped in the appropriate packaging so as to ensure the safety of the product. • Damage or loss of products during shipping to Permaroof is the sole responsibility of the customer. • Product must be in original condition and must be accompanied by all original packaging. • A traceable shipping method should be used when shipping your product to Permaroof. We will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged merchandise inbound to us.
